Ooops...Verizon Backed Off
Yesterday, Verizon informed everyone that their Motorola Xoom subscribers would be receiving an OTA update today, but at the last minute they pulled the plug.
Makes you wonder why:
- More Android 3.0 issues.
- Issues with the Xoom's Kernal.
- Hardware issues - I am starting to wonder.
- All of the above.
At this point no one is sure what this means or what is going on, but I hope this doesn't result in an extended delay in getting these issues resolved for end users. Motorola's reputation has already taken a pretty big hit. And by the way...What is the issue with getting the SD card running...Acer has already shipped a tablet with not one, but two functional USB ports, and a functional SD card reader.
Motorola: When are you going to wake up and see how much damage you are creating for yourselves each and every day that these issues go unresolved. Is this the beginning of another low point in the Motorola saga???
